The Maui real estate market continues to be healthy with all market area looking good except for residential homes in the East and West regions. Just 3 months ago, much of the data was in the red zone which is not the case now. The exceptionally tight supply of condos in my February report is now much more in balance at 7.2 months compared to 4.7 months in February.
