Maui Residential and Condo Sales

Residential and condo sales data for Maui County is shown for the first 2 months of the year.  Median sales prices in February were unchanged for Maui residential sales but up substantially for condo sales.  I find that our month to month statistics can have large fluctuations so the next update will be year to date to smooth out the data.

Aloha and thanks for your comments.  My opinion (an opinion, not a promise) is that we're on the cusp of a major upswing in prices as we shift to a seller's market.

Richard, it looks like most areas are looking up in Maui!  Now a reduction in inventory will really make those prices rise.

Hi Juli,

Days on market is running 4-5 months for both Maui and Kauai.  We're now seeing multiple offers on well-priced properties.
