Maui County Regional Property Values

Maui has multiple regions separated by expansive areas of agricultural land and in some cases, ocean.  Maui island itself includes remote East Maui, the North Shore rainforest, cooler Up Country, sunny South Maui, and sunny West Maui.  In addition, Maui county includes the relatively undeveloped islands of Lanai and Molokai.  All areas are home to Maui residents; South and West Maui include major resort areas catoring to visitors.
