First quarter statistics are in for Kauai real estate sales. The charts below show our real estate cycles beginning in 2005, the buildup to what turned out to be a peak in 2006. Charts continue through the 2011 bottom through the first quarter of 2014.
Kauai condo sales prices have been on an upswing since 2011. Some might look at the data and argue that prices are now flat although the curve fit still shows onward and upward.
Kauai residential sales prices have been on an upswing for 1 to 2 years. Median sales price growth has been modest compared to condos.
Kauai vacant land sales prices have been relatively flat for several years with the curve fit suggesting a small upswing since 2011.
