Halelani Village Special Assessment is Ending

Halelani Village is a popular condominium on the west side of Lihue, our center of commerce.  Properties that come on the market here quickly go under contract provided they are priced right.  Halelani has relatively low maintenance fees of approximately $328/month for a typical 2 bedroom unit.  A special assessment to pay for new siding adds another $127 for a total of $455/month.  This is still relatively low, especially when compared to our resort condos which are often $1,000 and up!

But now there is very good news!  According to a letter dated June 12, 2014, the special assessment is ending on September 30, 2014 meaning fees will drop back to the $328 figure beginning October 1!  Yea!

I know Halelani Village well because I've owned a unit here since 2002 and I sell a lot of them, I just closed one in May and put another into escrow in June.  Prices are low compared to other options, a little under/a little over the $200,000 level for a 2 bedroom unit.  Contact me for current availability and to sign up for alerts on new listings.
